How does Capture it Now work?
Capture it Now uses state-of-the-art professional digital cameras to photograph events and
activities. We can also provide you with all of your other
photographic needs (team and individual photos, etc.)
For small events, we will
photograph the participants and post the images online. The
participants can then view and order their photos from our website.
For larger events, we will
bring our computer setups and printers to your event site for onsite.
We can print the photos onsite ensuring that your participants leave
your event with their photos.

How do we get copies
of the photographs?
Simply select the View my
Photos button on the home page, find your event, and order from our
easy-to-use web order process. We will make our best effort to fill
your order with 3-5 days.

Why can't I get the
images to print?
The images you see online
are thumbnails only. Thumbnails are meant for viewing purposes only
and not for printing or keeping.

Can you just send me the
negatives?
Capture it Now uses state-of-the-art, professional digital photographic equipment to capture
images. While this means a higher quality product for you, it also
means that there are no negatives available.

Can you send me the
electronic file?
We normally do not send
clients our electronic files. We use the images we take to create the
photographs you order. We want to ensure that you have the highest
quality photograph possible. We can only do that by controlling the
printing process ourselves.

Can I make
copies of the photographs I purchased?
The images you have
purchased are copyrighted by Capture it Now. It is illegal to make
copies of these images. If you could like additional copies, contact
us to order reprints.

Will my
images look better than the thumbnails?
Your photos will be clear
and sharp and printed just like a regular photograph
